With whom do we share your personal data?

Mactown is dedicated to real estate mediation, buying, selling and re-selling properties, property valuation, property remodelling, management and rental of own or third party properties, property management, developed on behalf of the owners, including rent collection. Thus your personal data may be processed by companies subcontracted by Mactown, particularly for web page hosting, email, answering users' questions about the services, sending information about new services and products, special offers; Companies or other organizations to which you request or consent to share your personal data; Professional service providers, such as lawyers, solicitors, notaries, accountants or other similar professionals; Public entities, courts, regulators and other administrative authorities, when necessary to comply with a legal, regulatory or other obligation, in order to avoid claims against Mactown, as well as to ensure the security of persons, prevent, or otherwise prevent and fight against fraud. We may also use third parties to display customized advertising on social media platforms, or if you have given your consent to the use of cookies.

However, only the personal data necessary to provide the service in question is provided to these companies.

Why do we need your information?

Mactown may process your data to send you information about our products and services. Here, this data processing will only be performed with your consent, given when you subscribe to our newsletter. For job applications (recruitment): the following details are collected: full name, date of birth, gender, marital status, nationality, telephone contact details, whether you have a driving licence and car, education and work experience.

Here your data will be kept for this purpose for 1 year of inactivity.
